CODE	IMPROVED REAL PROPERTY
01	One Family Residence
02	Two to Five Family Residence
03	Apartments - containing six or more dwelling units.
04	Combination - a building with stores or shops on ground floor and dwelling units on upper floors.
05	Commercial I - a business property of small or medium size having a maximum value of $100,000
06	Commercial II - large business property having a minimum value of $100,000.
07	Industrial - any industrial or manufacturing establishment.
08	Estate - a large luxurious residence with ample acreage.
09	Farm - any rural parcel of land of five acres or more with/without buildings, at least 10% used for agricultural purpose.
10	Utility and Railroad - any public utility or railroad property, real and/or personal property.
11	Seasonal and Beach - residential property, such as summer house, subject to seasonal occupancy
12	Other Improved Land - any improved land not included in other classifications.
23	Residential Condominium
24	Commercial Condominium
25	Industrial Condominium
26	Time Shared Condominium

13	Residential Vacant Land - a vacant lot in residential area.
14	Commercial and Industrial Vacant Land
15	Other Vacant Land - generally large tracts not included in other classifications
33	Farm - Forest - Open Space Land - classified under provisions of P.L. 1908 Chpt. 252.

16	Motor Vehicles
17	Commercial I - Inventory and fixtures having a maximum value of $10,000.
18	Commercial II - Inventory and fixtures having a minimum value of $10,001.
19	Industrial - Machinery and equipment.
